easter ends with a knot in my stomach.

apologies are in order. to all my friends whom i hadn't have time for the past month. it wasn't intended as much of a vacation and i'm apologise sincerely that some of you guys had to find out i was back by bumping into me on the streets inviting looks like you'd seen a ghost (i imagine it'd be sth of the notion). this easter was more or less intended to be plagued by work, and spent with family and well, family.

..and it was a rather fulfilling one. prob not as much as i'd hope for work, but with family. that aspect was better fulfilled as compared to summer i suppose..? at least my dad didn't complain of me neglecting them and i had quite a few meals with them, not to mention extended conversations. in addition i'm really pleased with the assimilation process, on both sides. that turned out smoother than i'd expected. hahaha

but like all things that last but a short time, easter's whet my appetite for both home and friends and i'm already counting down till summer.
